Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Papers should be written in English and be submitted with a maximum of 300 words abstract. The full paper should not exceed 7,000 words. We kindly ask that submitted papers are not under review for another conference or journal and have not previously been published. Please ensure that your finalized research paper adheres to the prescribed guidelines and formatting instructions as stipulated in the UIA2024KL-MAJ Full Paper (TEMPLATE).docx, of which has been attached to the ACCEPTANCE OF ABSTRACT notification. Note, that the abstract acceptance does not necessarily mean that your full paper is automatically accepted for next proceeding and publication.

The file size for the submission shall not exceed 20MB.

We anticipate an engaging and rigorous review process by our esteemed panel of experts, who will evaluate each submission based on its originality, relevance, methodology, and contribution to the field. The deadline for the submission of the full research paper is 30th April 2024.
